Compass Commercial Announces Notable Transactions – April 2015

BEND, OR (May 12, 2015) — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the firm’s notable transactions in April 2015.

Grace Delight of Oregon, LLC (dba Blue Dog RV) purchased a three-acre commercial property with two buildings totaling 10,720 square feet at 2910 S. Highway 97 in Redmond from WRC, Inc.  The transaction was valued at $1,190,000. Compass Commercial broker, Ron Ross, CCIM represented the buyer.

East Empire – Bend, LP leased a 24,749 square foot industrial property located at 63075 NE 18th Street in Bend to lessee, In the Breeze. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the lessor.

Concourse 97, a California Limited Partnership sold a 5,815 square foot retail building situated on a 48,352 square foot lot located at 3709 SW 21st Place in Redmond to Tate & Tate, LLC. The transaction was valued at $575,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the seller. 

Deschutes Properties, LLC leased a 9,500 square foot office located at 20300 Empire Avenue, Building B in Bend to Choose Growth, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR represented the lessor. Compass Commercial brokers, Ron Ross, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee, along with May and Schultz.

Central Oregon Holding, LLC sold 2.30 acres of commercial land located at 63550 Hunnell Road in Bend to Geysir Properties, LLC. The transaction was valued at $432,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the seller.

Kenneth L. Knighten sold a 2,376 square foot multifamily property situated on 10,019 square feet of land at 2074 NE Chanel Court in Bend to Roy K. Fenn. The transaction was valued at $320,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Ron Ross, CCIM, Darren Powderly, CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented the seller.

Kenneth L. Knighten sold a 1,988 square foot multifamily building situated on 8,276 square feet of land at 726 NE Savannah to Roy K. Fenn. The transaction was valued at $300,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented both the seller and buyer.

Oregon Natural Desert Association renewed its lease of 5,326 square feet of retail space at 50 SW Bond Street in Bend from Old Mill Marketplace. Compass Commercial brokers Krista Polvi, CPM® and Luke Ross represented the lessor.

Robinson Family Investments LLC leased a 4,606 square foot office located at 563 SW 13th Street to Mt. Bachelor Ski Education Foundation. Compass Commercial’s Tara Duncan, CCIM represented the lessor and Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the lessee.

Knstp TIC leased a 1,136 square foot retail space located at 1500 NE Cushing Drive in Bend to SES Oregon Enterprises dba Sport Clips.  Compass Commercial broker, Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the lessor.
