Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Announces Notable Transactions

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of transactions the brokerage represented in April 2013.

America Inc. sold a 191,000 square foot hotel located at 2525 Ashland St. in Ashland, Oregon to Neuman Properties & Development, LLC for a transaction valued at $2,825,000. Stephen Toomey, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented the seller and Russell Huntamer with Compass Commercial represented the buyer.

1002 NW Wall Street, LLC leased a 2,463 square foot restaurant located at 150 NW Oregon Avenue in Bend to Wild Rose Thai.   Howard Friedman, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessee.

Dave and Jennifer Kremers sold a 7,176 square foot retail building situated on a 14,000 square foot lot at 255 NE Thurston in Bend to Crawdad, LLC for a transaction valued at $515,000.  Howard Friedman, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller.

Frank & Jane Cammack Trust sold a 5,386 square foot office building located at 19810 Village Office Ct. in Bend to Scott Bedbury for a transaction valued at $440,000. Peter May, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer.

Comerica Bank sold a 7,472 square foot retail building located at 473 E. Hood Avenue in Sisters to MJM Hood, LLC/Murph 420 LLC for a transaction value of $400,000. Howard Friedman, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller and buyer.
