Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM closed a lease transaction for D’s Hobbies, representing both tenant and RPP Bend I, LLC. The oldest, full-service hobby and game store in Bend has moved to its new location in the Bend River Promenade, at 3148 N Highway 97, Suite 117 next door to Hobby Lobby. This locally owned store has been around for over 40 years, and has most recently been operating out of 757 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend. This new location offers 2,368 square foot of space to allow them to continue growing and offering the best in hobby supplies to enthusiasts and hobby clubs all over Central Oregon.
D’s Hobbies has specialized in remote control vehicles, educational toys, model supplies and more, however, they will be focusing more on their remote control sales as they move to their new location and their new name reflects that, D’s Remote Control Hobbies. The store is currently operating at its new location near Hobby Lobby and T.J. Maxx.
