New owner for 18,800 SF Redmond warehouse

EleMar Oregon Inc. of Tualatin, Oregon recently purchased the 18,800 square foot former Parr Lumber building in downtown Redmond. The property is located at 443 SW Evergreen Avenue in the Downtown Urban Renewal District. EleMar Oregon was represented by Compass Commercial’s principal broker Bruce Churchill. The seller, Parr Lumber was represented by Matt Baker of Baker Group Portland. The sale transaction was valued at $1,253,000.

This is EleMar Oregon’s third warehouse location in Oregon, and they are proud to be in beautiful downtown Redmond. The company is known for their high-quality exotic stones and outstanding customer service. According to the Owner and President, Jagroop Malhi, “This new location will allow us to better serve the Central Oregon market and improve our long standing relationships with stone fabricators throughout the region.” In addition, Darrel Boyd, Co-Owner and VP shared, “We plan to provide the same wide selection of color choices we’re known for in our other two locations. This will allow homeowners, contractors and designers the convenience of viewing and selecting solid surface products without having to drive to Portland or Medford.”

The new location in Redmond is scheduled to open early August 2017. Steve Watson, of Central Oregon will be the manager of this location. Malhi stated, “We’re very excited to have Steve join our team.
