 BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that David Kruger has joined the firm’s Development Services division as project manager effective immediately. Compass Commercial Development Services provides a broad range of construction and development services including all phases of research, planning and project management. Kruger joins Compass Commercial Development Services to assist in managing the team’s increasing work flow which includes current projects for Butler Chiropractic in Redmond and a new office build-out for Bend Oral Surgery. Kruger brings broad construction based knowledge and management experience to the team. Most recently, he was with Inland Pacific Companies where he performed a full range of construction, facility and project management services, including consulting with the city of Bend to obtain land use approvals for the 500 Bond hotel project. Prior to that, he served for 33 years with Roberts Professional Construction Services in Eugene, Oregon working on projects including Autzen Stadium and Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus; and the Rubenstein Building in downtown Eugene; Zooka Dental in Bend and the Healthpoint/Mariposa Family Center office building in Redmond. “As the market continues to improve, we are experiencing a substantial increase in the need for our services,” said Steve Hendley, managing partner of Development Services. “Dave’s extensive background in project management will allow us to better service our clients as we take on more projects and move into the future.” |
