Announcing Ellisse Dickey as Partner

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is excited to announce Ellisse Dickey as its newest Partner. She is the first marketing staff personnel to be offered a role in partnership and is currently one of two female partners in the firm. She accepted the offer at the end of 2021 and will be taking on the role of Secretary.

“We are extremely excited to announce the onboarding of our newest partner, Ellisse Dickey,” President Dan Kemp stated. “Ellisse brings so much to our partnership, her capacity seems to have no end, and she has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Almost everything the public sees, from the new brand identity to marketing flyers and signage, Ellisse has had a hand in designing. We look for partners with more to give than their daily jobs require, leaders, creative thinkers and positive-minded individuals who have a desire to contribute, and Ellisse is all of those things and more.”

Ellisse was introduced to Compass Commercial in 2008 through a summer internship. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at Oregon State University, she returned to the area and officially joined the company in 2013 as a Graphic Designer. Ellisse was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2020 and has been overseeing the department since then.

Ellisse has been an exceptional asset to the Compass Commercial team. She took the pandemic in 2020 as a time to retool Compass for the future. One of her proudest accomplishments was updating the company branding beginning with the logos. This redesign spurred new designs for signage, letterhead, flyers and more.

In 2020, Ellisse was named as an Accomplished Under 40 Winner by Cascade Business News. She was also given Compass Commercial’s Founders Award in 2020 for her hard work, leadership, expertise and innovation in growing the company’s image. Ellisse won the Compass Cares Award in 2021 for her dedication and service to the Central Oregon community, specifically, her substantial involvement with the music ministry at Redmond Community Church, her role as a 4-H leader, and her volunteer work for Hearts and Hands for Humanity, a Compass Cares Charity.

“After being with Compass for almost nine years, I am so excited to have a greater role in the company where I have been able to grow professionally,” Ellisse stated. “The people I work with are truly a second family to me, and I’m looking forward to giving back to the company that has taken such good care of me.”
