Broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Sawtooth Development Group, LLC, in the acquisition of the Vanguard Building located at 63004 18th Street in Bend. The 11,354 sq. ft. industrial building on 0.84 acre sold for $1,600,000.
