We are happy to announce the addition of a new broker, Grant Schultz, to the team. He grew up in Bend and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Grant’s interest in commercial real estate was sparked while he was at college, and during his senior year, Grant interned at Cresa Denver. He graduated from CU with a degree in economics and a minor in business, specializing in data analytics. After college, Grant worked as an associate broker at Capacity Commercial Group in Portland. After living in Portland for a while, he found he wanted to return to his roots in Central Oregon.
Grant is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and will be pursuing the designation. He loves everything that Bend has to offer whether it is Mt. Bachelor, all the amazing rivers and lakes and outdoor opportunities, the proximity to nature, the strong community bond everyone shares, the breweries, etc. In regards to this new venture, he is excited to get involved in the community and be part of the team at Compass Commercial.
