Concourse 97, a California Limited Partnership sold a 5,815 square foot retail building situated on a 48,352 square foot lot located at 3709 SW 21st Place in Redmond to Tate & Tate, LLC. Deschutes Properties, LLC leased a 9,500 square foot office located at 20300 Empire Avenue, Building B in Bend to Choose Growth, LLC.
