BEND, ORE (September 24, 2014) – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the $2,540,000 sale of a 75,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 145 SE 9th Street.
Brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM and Patrick Kesgard, CCIM represented Kirkpatrick, Knop, et al in the sale of the building situated on 3.32 acres in the IG Zone (General Industrial) in southeast Bend to an investment group.
“The buyer plans to keep the multi-tenant building unchanged,” said Friedman, who noted that the sale is just one of many industrial properties that have traded hands in 2014.
Compass Commercial’s Q2 2014 market survey reported Bend’s citywide industrial vacancy at 8.53% —down from 10.85% in Q1 2014. Absorption more than doubled with 92,264 square feet of positive net leasing compared to the 44,545 square feet leased in Q1.
