BEND, OR (June 27, 2013) – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Property Management Division is pleased to announce Krista Polvi has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation.
Receipt of the designation culminates a multi-year process of education, training and supervision administered through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
Polvi joins the ranks of other CPM members who are at the top of the property management profession and other professionals recognized as experts in real estate management.
To qualify for CPM experience credit, designees must first manage a portfolio that meets minimum requirements, which varies based on the number of sites managed; and candidates must have three years (36 months) of qualifying real estate management experience as defined by IREM before completing the seven required courses and passing the required exams.
With the addition of this new designation for Polvi, Compass Commercial Real Estate Services now counts onstaff, four CPMs, nine Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM) and two Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR) designees.

Polvi joined the property management division of Compass Commercial in June 2010 as part of the company’s merger with Equity Growth Management. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2005, primarily in property and asset management. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
In honor of Polvi’s designation, Cammie Allie, CPM®, ARM®, a regional leader with IREM and President of Gresham based Fortress Property Management, will conduct a ceremony to swear in Polvi as a designee on Monday, July 8th at 9:00am at Compass Commercial in Bend.
