2000 NE Neff Road, Bend – The Peterson Building sold to St. Charles Health Systems, Inc.

BEND, OR Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of transactions the brokerage represented in June 2013.

Ronald and Joyce Peterson sold a 2,749 square foot medical office building located at 2000 NE Neff Road in Bend to St. Charles Health Systems, Inc.  Compass Commercial brokers, Robert Raimondi and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller, and Jay Lyons, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR, also with Compass Commercial, represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $575,000.

Innovative Developments, LLC sold a 7,810 square foot industrial building located at 61526 American Lane in Bend to Scharpf Investments, LLC. Jay Lyons, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Curtis Ciszek of Wall Street Properties.  The transaction was valued at $550,000.

Taylor Development, LLC leased a 3,600 square foot retail property located at 625 N. Arrowleaf Trail in Sisters at the Ray’s anchored Outlaw Station shopping center to Jerez, Inc. (Rancho Viejo Restaurant).  Jay Lyons, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Russell Huntamer with Compass Commercial represented the lessor and Huntamer also represented the lessee.   

Mill Point Dental renewed a lease for 3,600 square feet of office space located at 755 SW Bonnett Way from Deschutes Properties, LLCJohn Keba, CPM® with Compass Commercial represented the lessor and Jerry Stone with Coldwell Banker Morris represented the lessee.

Terry and Candice Anderson sold 39.36 acres of land located at 2800 NW Maple Avenue in Redmond to Te Amo Despacio, LLC. Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer.  Candice Anders with John L. Scott represented the seller. The transaction was valued at $262,400.

Wes and Carol Lippert Family, LLC sold a 1,276 square foot office building located at 61533 Parrell Road in Bend to Gene Gyesky.  Bruce Kemp, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Wendy Deal with Becky Breeze.  The transaction was valued at $255,000.

Richard L. Carpenter purchased 56,192 square feet of industrial land located at 20865 Redside Ct. in Bend from Charles A. Bonnett Trust.   Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer. Brian Fratzke with Fratzke Commercial represented the seller. The transaction was valued at $223,500.

Bluff Drive Investments, LLC leased a 3,349 square foot office located at 595 SW Bluff Drive in Bend to Guild Mortgage Company.  Jay Lyons, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessor.

Bunger Properties II, LLC leased 12,500 square feet of industrial property located at 921 SE Armour Rd. in Bend to Cascade Graphics. Compass Commercial brokers, Peter May, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the lessor. May and broker, Robert Raimondi, also with Compass Commercial, represented the lessee.
