Compass Commercial is excited to announce an additional team member to our Asset & Property Management division. Holley Jensen was hired as a regional property manager (Oregon Broker License Pending). She comes to Compass Commercial with seven years of experience in tenant representation and property management at the local and national levels.
Holley’s previous property management clientele consisted of a diverse portfolio of office, medical office, retail and mixed-use properties. She will continue working in her areas of strength to represent tenant and owner relationships, lease administration, property maintenance, and more in order to reflect our company values of providing world-class, client-driven customer service.
In addition to her commitment to excellence in the workplace, Holley previously served as the special events committee chair for the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), Austin, Texas chapter. She was a membership committee mentor for the Austin Young Women’s Alliance, a Special Olympics swim coach and volunteered at local Austin road races and triathlons. Her active life in the community will transfer to Bend as she and her husband continue to fulfill their passions outside of work.
