63020 Sherman Road, Bend

BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces a selection of transactions represented in July 2013.

IS Properties, LLC sold a 10,500 square foot industrial building located at 63020 Sherman Road in Bend to Project Angus, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Gardner Williams, SIOR and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller, and Erich Schultz, SIOR and Darren Powderly, CCIM, also with Compass Commercial, represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $1,991,975.00.

NLD Title, LLC sold a 7,788 square foot office building located at 345 SE 3rd Street in Bend to John Pavlicek. Barry Silver with The Silver Group represented the seller. Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $1,868,160.00.

Home Federal Bank sold a 3,816 square foot retail building located at 20365 Empire Avenue in Bend to Andy Abrishami in a 1031 Exchange. Darren Powderly, CCIM, Jay Lyons, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented the seller. Russell Huntamer, Broker also with Compass Commercial, represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $775,000.00.

Washington Federal Savings sold a 2,713 square foot office building located at 560 SW Columbia Street in Bend to Michael Knoell. Ron Ross, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Ted Nicholson with CBRE, Inc. The transaction was valued at $550,000.00.

Chackel Family, LLC sold a 6,000 square foot office building located at 711 NE Butler Market Road in Bend to Full Access. Pat Kesgard, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller. Dorothy Olsen with Century 21 Lifestyles represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $538,000.00.

US Allegiance, Inc. renewed its lease for a 27,000 square foot industrial building located at 63075 NE 18th Street in Bend from East Empire – Bend, LP. John Keba, CPM®, ARM with Compass Commercial Property Management represented both parties in the lease negotiation.

Lovejoy Properties III, LLC sold a 4,472 square foot multifamily building located at 1215 NE Dawson Drive in Bend to Michael J. Condon. John Keba, CPM®, ARM, Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil with Compass Commercial represented the seller. Priscilla Martin with Hasson Company Realtors represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $399,000.00.

Mary C. Carlson Family Trust leased a 11,572 square foot industrial building located at 61572 American Lane in Bend to Two Old Hippies, LLC. Pat Kesgard, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessee. The lessor was represented by Brian Fratzke and Jeff Reed of Fratzke Commercial.

Thomas J. Magliulo Family Trust leased a 9,288 square foot industrial property located at 184 NE Franklin Avenue in Bend to Floor Décor, LLC. Stephen Toomey, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessee and Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the lessor.

Corey Bock & Vivah Vachiraseneekul renewed a lease for a 2,611 square foot restaurant space (Thai Thai) located at 745 NW Mt. Washington Drive in Bend from MWC E LLC & MWC G LLC. Herb Arathoon, Broker with Compass Commercial represented the lessor.
