April 2023 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in April 2023.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented both the seller, Cashman Properties, LLC, and the buyer, Jenn Lynch, in the sale of 1346 NW Galveston Avenue in Bend. The 1,792 SF retail property on 0.13 acres sold for $1,367,500.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Bruce Churchill, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, CCIM represented Effectual, Inc., in the sublease of a 4,607 SF office suite located at 2738 NW Potts Road in Bend. Churchill also represented the tenant, Puffin Coolers.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Eli Harrison, Broker with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Old Mill Retail, LLC, in the renewal of Oregon Natural Desert Association’s lease, of which, they occupy 5,326 SF at the Box Factory at 550 SW Industrial Way in Bend.

Broker Graham Dent, SIOR with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, SBM Property, LLC, in the lease of a 3,000 SF retail suite located at 20505 Robal Road in Bend.
