We are pleased to announce the hire of a new team member to the Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management team. Caroline McDonald, RPA® comes to us with experience in property management for office and retail clients, including big box users, national company branch office and owner-operated restaurants and retailers.
She and her husband originate from Portland where she has most of her property management experience. They moved to open a second office in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2013 for the Portland company, where she staffed and managed the corporate office while she continued to manage commercial properties in the Northwest. Caroline is driven to provide world-class service to clients, ensuring owner goals are exceeded and tenant relations exceptional to maintain her professional relationships as a trusted business advisor. Caroline holds a Real Property Administration (RPA®) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI). She will be working toward her Oregon Broker License and continuing to improve her property management skills.
Caroline looks forward to working and living in Central Oregon. She and her husband plan to take advantage of the great quality of life the area offers. She enjoys spending time outdoor fishing and camping.
