Central Oregon CRE Update – July Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of July.

Broker Joel Thomas of Compass Commercial represented LRG Sandstone, LLC in the purchase of a 16-unit multifamily property located at 1215 NW Portland Avenue in Bend. The investment property includes 13,824 square feet on 0.66 acre. The transaction was valued at $2,150,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented Will Lebeda in purchasing the 19,000 square foot industrial building on 1.15 acres located at 20551 Builders Street in Bend.

Toney Properties, LLC purchased the 20,750 square foot industrial building on 1.07 acre located at 2747 SW 6th Street in Redmond. Broker Dan Kemp of Compass Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction valued at $1,750,000.

Peters Road, LLC sold the 41,342 square foot industrial building sitting on 6.89 acres of land located at 701 NE Peter Road in Prineville to Rick Foss. Compass Commercial brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction valued at $899,000.

A software company leased 8,438 square feet of office space located at 543 & 549 NW York Drive in Bend. Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, broker at Compass Commercial represented the tenant. Compass Commercial brokers Bruce Churchill, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Grant Schultz represented both Taylor Development, LLC, the landlord and tenant in the transaction.

Higbee Dental purchased the 2,730 square foot office building on 0.24 acre located at 2400 SW Glacier Place in Redmond. Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, brokers at Compass Commercial represented the buyer in the purchase. The transaction was valued at $385,000.

The sale of 0.56 acre of residential land located at 1980 NW Monterey Pines in Bend was represented by Compass Commercial broker Joel Thomas for both Davis Properties, Inc., the seller, and Mark Inkster and Kathryn Lilienthal, the buyers. The transaction was valued at $295,000.

Albertazzi Law Firm leased the 3,280 square foot office space in the Brooks Building located at 296 SW Columbia Street in Bend. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Gardner Williams and Terry O’Neil, CCIM in the lease transaction.

Compass Commercial broker Bruce Churchill represented tenant Deschutes County Property Management in the lease transaction of 7,541 square feet of office space located at 123 SW Columbia Street in Bend.

Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Grant Schultz brokers with Compass Commercial represented 320 Bond, LLC in leasing 2,301 square feet of office space located at 320 SW Upper Terrace Drive in Bend.

Skyline Home Loans leased the 3,349 square foot office space located at 595 SW Bluff Drive in Bend and was represented by Compass Commercial broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM. Bluff Drive Investments, LI, the landlord, was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Joel Thomas.

Gardner Williams broker with Compass Commercial represented Premier Property Group in leasing 1,957 square feet of office space located at 1133 NW Wall Street in Bend.

Tretco, Inc. leased 9,460 square feet of industrial space in the building located at 601 E Antler Avenue in Redmond. Broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the tenant, while Robert Raimondi and Peter May represented Maynard Alves Land & Livestock Redmond, LLC in the transaction.

Broker Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial represented both Basaltic, LLC, the landlord, and The Bend Store, the tenant in the lease of retail space located at 815 NW Wall Street in Bend’s downtown.
