Compass Commercial’s Notable January 2025 Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in January 2025.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Russell Huntamer, CCIM, and Eli Harrison represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease of a retail building at 449 SE 3rd Street in Bend. This 4,000 SF space was leased by Next Town, LLC.

Broker Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, represented Deschutes River Conservancy in leasing a 6,814 SF office suite located at 805 SW Industrial Way in Bend. The landlord, William Smith Properties, Inc., was represented by Bruce Churchill.

Broker Bruce Churchill represented the seller, DEH LLC, in the sale of a 15,100 SF industrial building at 455 W Three Peaks in Sisters. The property sold for $3,750,000.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Eli Harrison, Peter May, CCIM, and Emilio Tiscareno represented the tenant, Nam Son Asian Fusion, in the lease of a 2,160 SF restaurant space. Brokers Jay Lyons, CCIM, SIOR, Russell Huntamer, CCIM, and Eli Harrison also represented the landlord, JKC Redmond Cascade, LLC, of this space located at 2498 S Highway 97 Suite E in Redmond.

Broker Grant Schultz, CCIM, represented the tenant, Freedom Forever Oregon LLC, in the 8,960 SF lease of an industrial building at 2008 Commerce Drive in Medford.
