Compass Commercial’s Notable November 2024 Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in November, 2024.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM represented the tenant, Vitality Integrative Skin Clinic, in the lease of a 1,120 SF office suite located at 151 SW Shevlin Hixon Drive in Bend.

Brokers Luke Ross and Terry O’Neil with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Mallery Family, LLC, in the lease of 62999 Layton Avenue in Bend. The 3,000 SF industrial building leased for $107,114.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Matthew Sichel and Graham Dent, SIOR, represented the buyer, BOTT 2, LLC, in the land sale at SW Deerhound Avenue in Redmond. Dent also represented the seller, QBW Investments, LLC, along with fellow Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM. The 1.74 AC of land sold for $700,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Eli Harrison represented the tenant in the lease of a 2,119 SF restaurant suite on 530 SW 6th Street in Redmond. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Luke Ross, Ron Ross, and Terry O’Neil represented the landlord EVEST, LLC.

Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Eli Harrison, and Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord 360 Bond Holding LLC in the lease of a Bend medical office suite at 360 SW Bond Street.
