WHY DID YOU MOVE YOUR BUSINESS TO DISTRICT 2 EAST?
Callicot stated, “[Effectual moved to District 2 East] for three reasons: one is we wanted more space, two, we wanted to fit the vibe which is modern, and three was we wanted to stay on the west side and to have a view.”
“District 2 East has everything we were looking for in a real estate opportunity: it’s a great location, ample parking, easy to find and great neighbors all around us,” Jason Fleck with Stifel said.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT BEING LOCATED AT DISTRICT 2 EAST?
“We have a lot of tech companies [in the District 2 East campus], which is great,” Callicot said. “We are within walking distance of ‘downtown’ NorthWest Crossing and Phil’s Trail which, for us is a pretty active, noontime kind of thing to hop on mountain bikes, hit the trail come back and get back to work.”
Fleck stated, “what a fantastic location we’ve been able to find here. First, we’re right on the edge of town and close to all the great recreational opportunities that NorthWest Crossing has to offer. But we still get all the benefits of a great neighborhood. All the amenities with the restaurants, the parks, the open spaces, this couldn’t be a better fit for us in our business.”
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE NEARBY AMENITIES?
Callicot stated, “Of course, we have the restaurant row for us to go and chow down. My favorite is Poke Row.”
“I have to say, it’s the people and the sense of community that we found here in NorthWest Crossing. We actually were just able to attend the NorthWest Crossing Business Association meeting about a week ago and got to meet a lot of our neighbors here virtually,” Fleck mentioned. “It’s just been such a fantastic fit for us to be able to be here in the middle of this wonderful community space. And to really get to know all of our neighbors and feel part of the community, that’s a big part of our business.”
