Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management is excited to welcome Emilio Tiscareno to the team. Tiscareno joined the company in summer 2022 as a Property Coordinator and Broker. He works with tenants and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and improvements to our client’s commercial properties. Since joining the company, Tiscareno has been an exceptional addition helping the property managers provide the highest level of service.
“Emilio has been a huge help in keeping our department organized and providing ‘behind the scenes’ support to make our operations run smoothly,” VP of Property Management Russ Monroe stated.
Before joining Compass Commercial, Tiscareno spent more than seven years in the municipal fire service as a firefighter and paramedic. He was also a trained member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team, ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of his peers after especially traumatic events.
Tiscareno and his family moved to Bend in 2021 from the East Bay area in California. “We moved for family and the amazing Central Oregon lifestyle. We wanted to plant roots in a smaller community and raise our son in this beautiful town.”
