October 2022 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services principal broker Bruce Churchill represented the landlord, Three Sisters Holding, LLC, in the lease of a 7,560 SF industrial suite located on SW Commerce Court in Prineville.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM represented the seller, Steve and Robin Rodgers, in the sale of 505 W Three Peaks Drive in Sisters. The 0.73-acre industrial property sold for $390,000.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Grant Schultz, and Eli Harrison with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, JKC Redmond, LLC, in the renewal of the 4,186 SF Back Porch Antiques lease located in the Redmond Design Center.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Eli Harrison represented the landlord, Bend of 3 Encore, LLC, in the lease of the former 1,800 SF Szechuan Chinese Restaurant space located at 1600 NE 3rd Street in Bend to Cuban Kitchen, LLC.
