The Laidlaw Building located at 19855 4th Street in Bend was sold by Laidlaw Land Company, LLC. The 9,611 square foot retail building resides on 0.38 acres. A 6,252 square foot multifamily building located at 62041 NE Nate’s Place in Bend was sold by CT Woodard Properties, LLC. The seller was represented by Compass Commercial broker Joel Thomas. The transaction was valued at $899,000.
Mattress Factory signed a lease for the 19,404 square foot retail building that held the former Hancock Fabrics, located at 63040 N Highway 97 in Bend. Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Joel Thomas of Compass Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
