Bear Creek Village, LLC sold the Bear Creek Apartments located at 155 NE Craven Road in Bend. The 48-unit multifamily apartment complex consists of duplexes, tri-plexes and four-plexes on 5.38 acres. Compass Commercial brokers Dan Kemp, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the seller. The transaction was valued at $7,250,000.
Brokers Joel Thomas, Pat Kesgard, CCIM, Kerri Standerwick and regional property manager Luke Ross all of Compass Commercial represented Allan D. Bruckner Charitable Remainder Trust, the seller, of the Division Center consisting of the 14,336 square foot office building on 1.02 acre, located at 2330 NE Division Street in Bend.
Compass Commercial broker Graham Dent represented the buyer Redmond Ventures, LLC in purchasing the 14,000 square foot industrial building on 2.76 acres located at 1559 SW Veterans Way in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $1,495,000.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented EK Investments, LLC in selling the 0.68 acre industrial land located at 20755 High Desert Lane in Bend. The transaction was valued at $400,000.
Howard Friedman, CCIM represented CBA Enterprises, LLC, the landlord, in leasing the 2,457 square foot office space located at 42 NW Greeley Avenue in Bend. Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, brokers of Compass Commercial represented Legal Aid Services of Oregon, the tenant in the transaction.
Heart ‘n Home Hospice & Palliative Care, LLC leased the 1,760 square foot office space located at 745 NW Mt. Washington Drive in Bend’s Northwest Crossing. MWC E, LLC, the landlord, was represented by Compass Commercial regional property manager Herb Arathoon, CPM® and broker Graham Dent.
