Russell Huntamer, CCIM, and Eli Harrison represented the buyer, D&C Familys Property LLC, while brokers Ron Ross, Terry O’Neil, and Luke Ross represented the seller, BookCooks, LLC, in the sale of a 2,756 SF Bend retail space. The property is located at 212 NE Revere Avenue and sold for $1,850,000.
Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Luke Ross represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a 1,588 SF office building at 16455 William Foss Road in La Pine. The buyer was Patrick Gruhn and the seller was Robert D Willis et al. The property sold for $480,000.
