Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the election of three new shareholders, brokers Dan Kemp and Graham Dent along with Brian Lorenz, CFO who were voted in during the company’s annual board meeting held April 16, 2019.
Dan Kemp joined Compass Commercial in 2012 bringing more than ten years of sales, marketing and management experience to the firm. He focuses his expertise on investment sales and is well diversified in all areas of commercial sale and leasing. He was the company’s top producer for 2017 and 2018.
Graham Dent has been with Compass Commercial since September 2013 and has consistently been one of the company’s top producers. Prior to joining Compass, he worked for CBRE Global Investors, one of the world’s largest real estate investment firms. His background is in acquisition, dispositions and development of office and industrial properties.
Brian Lorenz joined Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management in 2016 as controller and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2019. He has 26 years of financial accounting experience working with a variety of different business entities.
In addition to the election of new shareholders, Compass Commercial announced the transition of its corporate officers. Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM has been appointed president and former president Pat Kesgard, CCIM will move into the position of vice president as well as continue in the role of VP of Marketing. Russell Huntamer, CCIM is the company’s new VP of Sales and Peter May, CCIM will take on the role of VP of Finance.
