Central Oregon CRE May 2019 Notable Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of May 2019.

Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented buyer Rockridge Investments, LLC in the purchase of industrial property located at 687 SE Glenwood Drive in Bend. The property consists of four industrial buildings totaling 26,746 square feet on 5.01 acres, consisting of seven tax lots, and is occupied by multiple long term tenants. Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlord, 311 Enterprises LLC, in leasing a 1,341 square foot retail building located at 311 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend to Cricket Wireless. The property, formerly occupied by All Occasion Flowers, is a well-known landmark on the corner of Highway 20 and Business Highway 97.

Bend Brewing Company has leased an additional 1,566 square feet of industrial space expanding their commercial beer brewing operation at 20650 High Desert Lane in Bend from 3,132 to 4,698 square feet. Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlord, Bastian Living Revocable Trust, in the transaction.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Joel Thomas, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe represented the seller, Portland State University Foundation in the disposition of 2.54 acres of residential land in Oregon City. The land was purchased by the City of Oregon City.

Brokers Bruce Churchill and Adam Bledsoe of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, River Bend Investors I, LLC in leasing a 2,881 square foot office space at 354 SW Upper Terrace Drive, Ste 103 in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Adam Bledsoe and Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the seller, 16th Street Properties, LLC in the sale of a 1,520 square foot investment property on 0.24 acre in Redmond. The property was purchased for $288,500.

Graham Dent, Broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant Edward Jones in leasing a 1,475 square foot office space at 963 SW Simpson Avenue in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the tenant, Machk Industries, LLC and brokers Dan Kemp and Adam Bledsoe represented the landlord, SVM Commercial Real Estate LLC, in the leasing of 4,137 square feet of industrial space at 20802 Sockeye Place in Bend.

Brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord Tennant & Taylor LLC in leasing 2,044 square feet of office space to McCallum Rock Drilling at 497 SW Century Drive in Bend.
