The landlord in the lease transaction was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick.

Bend Dermatology leased the 5,445 square foot medical building located at 236 NW Kingwood Avenue in Redmond. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented the tenant and Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the landlord Malwood, LLC in the lease transaction.
