February 2024 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in of February 2024.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt, CCIM represented the buyer, Cameron and Leona Curtiss, in the acquisition of 155 Ingenuity Avenue in Sparks, NV. The buyers purchased a 16,196 SF retail building on 2.75 acres for $6,400,000.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Eli Harrison with Compass Commercial represented the landlord, JKC Wilson, LLC, in the lease of a 4,119 SF office suite located at 685 SE 3rd Street in Bend. Huntamer and Harrison also represented the tenant, Bestcare Treatment Services, Inc.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Eli Harrison with Compass Commercial represented the buyer, WAJO, LLC, in the acquisition of 135 NW Greeley Avenue in Bend. The 2,182 SF office building on 0.16 acres sold for $785,000.

Compass Commercial broker Dan Kemp, CCIM represented both the seller, Skyliner ATX, LLC, and the buyer, Petesadog, LLC, in the sale of 20727 High Desert Lane. The 2,271 SF industrial unit sold for $555,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, CCIM represented the landlord, Galveston Terrace, LLC, in the lease of a 1,256 SF retail suite located at 631 NW Federal Street in Bend.
