March 2024 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in March 2024.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, Ron Ross and Luke Ross represented both the seller, Elizabeth J Fowler Revocable Trust, and the buyer, EVEST, LLC, in the sale of three retail buildings located at 526, 528, and 530 SW 6th Street in Redmond. The retail buildings totaling 10,350 SF on 0.25 acres sold for $1,700,000.

Broker Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer, Highland Commercial Investments, LLC, in the sale of 2.07 acres of residential land with an existing 2,698 SF residential building on the property. The buyer purchased the property located at 2278 NE 8th Street in Bend for $1,400,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Graham Dent, SIOR represented the landlord, 1001 Building Associates, LLC, in the lease of a 7,150 SF office suite located at 1001 SE Emkay Drive in Bend. Dent also represented the tenant, DOWL, LLC.

Broker Graham Dent, SIOR with Compass Commercial represented the seller, Murphy Warehouse, LLC, in the sale of 1.74 acres of industrial land on SW Deerhound Avenue in Redmond. Dent along with Compass Commercial broker Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM represented the buyer, QBW Investments, LLC. The commercial land sold for $565,000.

Compass Commercial brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM, and Luke Ross represented both the landlord, Clausen and Martin, LLC, and the tenant, Jessica Anderson Insurance Agency, in the lease of a 3,840 SE office space located at 63830 NW Clausen Drive in Bend.

Brokers Grant Schultz, CCIM and Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented both the landlord, Kquad, LLC, and the tenant, Bargain Bros, LLC, in the lease of a 7,000 SF retail suite located at 63011 N Highway 97 in Bend.

Compass Commercial brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM and Luke Ross represented the landlord, Clausen and Martin, LLC, in the lease of a 3,078 SF medical suite located at 850 SW 7th Street in Redmond.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the landlord, OMP, LLC, in the lease of a 2,124 SF office suite located at 400 SW Bluff Drive in Bend.

Compass Commercial brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM, Ron Ross, and Eli Harrison represented the landlord, Sycan B. Corp., in the lease of a 1,508 SF retail suite located in Pioneer Plaza at 1474 NW Wall Street in Bend. Brokers Huntamer and Harrison also represented the tenant, Easy Float.

Compass Commercial brokers Bruce Churchill, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Eli Harrison represented the landlord, Three Sisters Holdings, LLC, in the lease of a 1,488 SF retail suite at Westmount located at 3750 SW Badger Avenue in Redmond. Huntamer and Harrison also represented the tenant, Redbird Physio.
