Central Oregon CRE Update – June Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in June.

Gardner Williams, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Elkins Family Revocable Trust in the sale of a 100 acre portion of the Gopher Gulch Ranch. The land is zoned UAR-10 allowing for 10 acre home sites. This sale represents the start of redevelopment of the entire ranch. The transaction value was undisclosed.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz represented the buyer and seller on the office building located on 0.42 acres at 40 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. The transaction was valued at $1,580,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the buyer of a Fast Pace Urgent Care facility in Maysville, Kentucky. The transaction was valued at $1,379,000.

Affordable Mini Storage, LLC purchased the 9,100 square foot Dollar General located at 834 Aycock Street in Caryville, Florida. The buyer was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz. The transaction was valued at $1,315,000.

An industrial property located at 20576 Painters Street in Bend sold. The property consists of 1.23 acres of land and two buildings totaling 13,360 square feet. The buyer was represented by broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services and the seller was represented by broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services and regional property manager Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset and Property Management. The transaction was valued at $1,200,000.

Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM, brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sellers of a multifamily fourplex located at 1271 NE Dawson Drive in Bend. The sales price was $838,000.

Fastenal Company leased a 5,834 square foot suite in the 115,093 square foot Murray Road Industrial Center located at 20495 Murray Road in Bend from Murray Road I, LLC. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp and Bruce Churchill represented both tenant and landlord in the transaction. The Murray Road Industrial Center is now 100% leased.

Kollie Law Group, PC renewed their 3,659 square foot lease at 40 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction.

Patheon renewed their lease for 3,378 square feet of office space at 40 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the landlord in the transaction.
