Compass Commercial’s Notable September 2025 Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in September 2025.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller, Dietz Sweetz, LLC, in the sale of 4.87 AC of land at 1081 SW Mount Bachelor Drive in Bend. Lyons also represented the buyer, PCP Voyager, LLC. The land sold for $7,000,000.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Eli Harrison  represented the seller, Dog Ear, LLC, in the sale of a 6,360 SF Bend industrial/flex property at 561 NW York Drive. The buyer, represented by Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, was Tacos & Beer, LLC. The property sold for $2,950,000.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, represented Third Division Properties, LLC in the sale of a Bend office building located at 2796 NW Clearwater Drive. The 8,573 SF building sold for $2,875,000.

Brokers Luke Ross, Ron Ross, and Terry O’Neil represented the seller, K&B Family Holdings, LLC, in the sale of a 3,672 SF restaurant building at 3030 SW 6th Street in Redmond. The property sold for $1,920,000.

Brokers Ron Ross and Terry O’Neil represented the buyer in the purchase of a Junction City retail building occupied by Napa Auto Parts at 760 Ivy Street. The 6,862 SF property sold for $1,042,065. The Buyer was completing a 1031 tax deferred exchange.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Bruce Churchill, and Eli Harrison  represented the landlord, Rhine Family Ventures, LLC & Three Sisters Holdings LLC, in the leasing of a 2,049 SF salon suite at Reed South located at 61579 SE 27th Street in Bend.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller in the sale of a 5,709 Bend warehouse property at 164 NE Irving Avenue. The seller was Baker Nelson, LLC, and the warehouse sold for $900,000.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Bruce Churchill, and Eli Harrison  represented the landlord, Rhine Family Ventures, LLC & Three Sisters Holdings LLC, in the leasing of a 1,509 medical suite Reed South at 61583 SE 27th Street in Bend.

Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM, represented both buyer and seller in the sale of a 4,900 SF airplane hangar at the Bend Airport. The seller was Robert Grant Riggs, the buyer was Bend Aviation Holdings, and the airplane hangar sold for $500,000.

Broker Graham Dent, SIOR, represented the tenant, Bluebird Summit, LLC, in the lease of a 4,212 SF retail suite at 575 SE 9th Street in Bend.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM,  and Eli Harrison  represented the landlord, 360 Bond Holding LLC, in leasing a 2,324 SF n office suite located at 360 SW Bond Street. The tenant, Trivium Wellness LLC, was also represented by Lyons.

Brokers Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Graham Dent, SIOR, represented the landlord, Shevlin Crossing, LLC, in the lease of a 1,772 SF medical office suite at Shevlin Crossing in Bend.

Brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM, Luke Ross, and Emilio Tiscareno represented the landlord, Clausen and Martin, LLC, while broker Grant Schultz, SIOR, CCIM, along with an outside broker, represented the tenant, New System Laundry, LLC, in the leasing of a Bend Industrial suite. The 3,520 SF suite was located at 63830 NW Clausen Drive.

Brokers Graham Dent, SIOR, and Kristie Schmitt, CCIM, represented the landlord, 1051 Bond Street LLC, in the lease of a 1,346 SF office suite in The Bond Building in Bend. Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, and Eli Harrison represented the tenant, Macher Management, LLC.

Broker Pat Kesgard, CCIM, represented the landlord, PacifiCorp, in the lease of 1.05 AC of Bend land.
