August 2022 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in the first half of August 2022.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Eli Harrison represented both the landlord, Reedville Park, LLC, and the tenant, Broken Top Candle Company, in the lease of a 17,682 SF office/industrial suite located at 2491 NE Twin Knolls Drive in Bend.

Brokers Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, EDIM, LLC, in the sale of 184 NE Franklin Avenue in bend. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Bruce Churchill and Grant Schultz represented the buyer, Taylor Development, LLC. The 3,840 SF retail building on 0.11 acres sold for $2,900,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt represented the buyer, AWS Holdings, LLC, in the acquisition of 1598 S Highway 97 in Redmond. The 10,890 SF industrial building on 0.99 acres was purchased for $1,700,000.

Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented both the seller, Morgan Rev Liv Trust, and the buyer in the sale of 63327 Nels Anderson Rd in Bend. The 1.11-acre industrial parcel sold for $820,000.

Broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Central Electric Training Trust, in the acquisition of 646 NW Madras Highway in Prineville. The 10,750 SF industrial property on 1.45 acres sold was purchased for $800,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Luke Ross represented the seller, Karen Forte, in the sale of 360 NE Kearney Avenue in Bend. The 1,384 SF office building on 0.18 acres sold for $644,475.

Broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Paul Hebb Sr Credit Shelter Trust, in the sale of 6.46 acres located along 1st Avenue in Culver. The commercial land sold for $500,000.

Brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Luke Ross with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Boardroom Climbing, in the lease of a 4,450 SF retail suite located at 222 SE Reed Market Road in Bend.
