September 2022 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in September 2022.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM and Luke Ross represented the seller, Centerra Properties, in the sale of 61485 American Lane in Bend. The 5.3-acre industrial property sold for $3,174,435.

Brokers Graham Dent, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Shevlin Crossing, LLC, in the lease of a 7,200 SF office suite in the new Shevlin Crossing development located at the NE corner of NW Shevlin Park Road and NW Crossing Drive in Bend. Lyons and Schultz also represented the tenant, RBC Capital Markets, LLC.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt represented the buyer, Joseph Gills, in the acquisition of 61561 American Lane in Bend. The 4,000 SF industrial building on 1.3 acres sold for $1,575,000.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Charbonneau, LLC, in the lease of a 3,540 SF medical suite located on the northwest corner of York Drive and Charbonneau Street in Bend.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Vision Plaza, LLC, in the lease of a 2,630 SF office suite located at 404 SW Columbia Street in Bend.
