Central Oregon CRE Update – September Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in the month of September.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the buyer of the 4,500 square foot retail building on 1.12 acres located at 1720 Unser Boulevard in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The transaction was valued at $2,700,000.

Brokers Robert Raimondi, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Redmond Development Ventures in the sale of the 11,076 square foot retail building located at 3113 S Highway 97 in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $1,500,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented both the seller and the buyer and Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management regional property manager Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the seller of the 5,000 square feet of industrial land located at 20580 Painters Street in Bend. The transaction was valued at $525,000.

Tobron Oregon, LLC sold the 0.33 acre of industrial land located at 385 SW Columbia Street in Bend. Robert Raimondi, CCIM broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller. The transaction was valued at $356,000.

Southside Physical Therapy leased a 2,447 square foot office suite located at 121 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented the landlord.

Oxarc, Inc. renewed their lease for 6,000 square feet of industrial space located at 20525 Robal Lane in Bend. Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management regional property managers Holley Jensen and Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the landlord in the transaction.

Dr. Drew Thomas, ophthalmologist leased the 2,240 square foot office building located at 625 NW Colorado Avenue in Bend. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill. The landlord Hanalei, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Graham Dent and Dan Kemp.

Blossom Therapeutics leased a 2,053 square foot suite located at 211 NE Revere Avenue in Bend. Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the transaction.

Sweetheart Donuts renewed their lease for the 1,363 square foot building located at 210 SE 3rd Street in Bend. Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management regional property manager Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the landlord in the transaction.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management regional property manager Herb Arathoon, CPM® and property manager Luke Ross represented the landlord in the lease of their 3,404 square foot industrial suite located at 380 SE Bridgeford Boulevard in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Bruce Churchill, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the landlord in the leasing of a 1,703 square foot suite to Apricity Code Corporation located in District 2 West of NorthWest Crossing at 2777 and 2789 NW Lolo Drive in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the Chambers Development Corporation, the landlord, in leasing the 10,982 square foot building located at 63049 Lower Meadow Drive in Bend to Kirby Nagelhout Construction. Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick, also brokers of Compass Commercial, represented the tenant.
