One Putt Investments, LLC sold the 10,000 square foot industrial building sitting on 0.70 acre located at 20685 Carmen Loop in Bend. Brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the transaction valued at $1,195,000.
Compass Commercial brokers Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented 1132 Newport, LLC, the seller of 1132 NW Newport Avenue in Bend. The transaction for the 1,834 square foot retail space was valued at $1,000,000.
Foxtail Bakeshop, LLC leased the 2,228 square foot retail space located in the Box Factory at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend. Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, brokers of Compass Commercial represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease transaction.
Kerri Standerwick and Pat Kesgard, CCIM brokers of Compass Commercial represented the tenant, Pamela Mondorf in leasing 1,700 square feet of medical space located at 1835 NW Pence Lane in Bend.
Humm Kombucha leased the 11,468 square feet of industrial space located at 20695 Brinson Boulevard in Bend. Peter May, CCIM, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM brokers of Compass Commercial represented the sellers, in the sale of a 2,184 square foot duplex, sitting on 0.89 acre, located at 61671 Daly Estates Drive in Bend. The transaction was valued at $430,000.
Dan Kemp, broker for Compass Commercial represented Bruce & Terri Kemp Trust in the sale of 2 acres of industrial land in Redmond. The sale transaction was valued at $283,140.
The remaining 992 square feet of retail space at Neff Place, 1500 NE Cushing Drive in Bend was leased. The landlord, Neff Place, LLC was represented in the transaction by Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial.
Compass Commercial broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented both Aero Facilities, LLC, the seller, and SGS Development, LLC, the buyer, in the transaction of 2 lots of industrial land located at 63100 Gibson Air Road near the Bend Municipal Airport. The transaction was valued at $165,000.
