Central Oregon CRE Update – November Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in the month of November.

9.64 acres of commercial land, zoned urban area reserve, located at 21350 NE Butler Market Road in Bend was sold to Pahlisch Homes, Inc. The seller was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Adam Bledsoe and Bruce Churchill. The transaction was valued at $2,250,000.

A 6,407 square foot office suite located at 1001 SW Disk Drive in Bend was leased by The Haven. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the landlord, Deschutes Ridge Business Park, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers Kerri Standerwick and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the tenant.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller of the multifamily property located at 110 NW Colorado Avenue in Bend. The sale price was $955,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM and broker Steve Neville of New & Neville Real Estate Services represented the landlord, CVSC, LLC in leasing 3,000 square feet of retail space located in the Cascade Village Shopping Center at 63455 N Highway 97 in Bend to Affordable Care, LLC.

Club Pilates Bend leased a 1,451 square foot retail suite in Robal Road Village at 63450 N Highway 97 in Bend. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the tenant in the transaction.

Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Killian Pacific, landlord, and tenant, Alcheme Pole and Dance Fitness, LLC in leasing 2,858 square feet of retail space in the Box Factory located at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend.

Brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer of 2716 NE Rosemary Drive in Bend. The sale price was $365,000.

Sora Sushi Japanese Restaurant leased a 3,588 square foot suite in the Shops at Frank’s Landing in Redmond at 3853 SW 21st Street. Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Peter May, CCIM brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Franks Landing, LLC, the landlord, and Sora Sushi, the tenant.

West Side Barber Shop leased 825 square feet of retail space in the Box Factory located at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend. Killian Pacific, the landlord and the tenant were represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz.

Brokers Adam Bledsoe and Ron Ross, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented Rocky Hegele, seller of 1 acre of industrial land located at 1075 NE 11th Street in Redmond, Oregon. The sale price was $225,000.
