Central Oregon CRE Update – October Transactions

We are pleased to announce our notable commercial real estate transactions closed by the firm during the month of October.

Compass Commercial brokers Dan Kemp and Russell, Huntamer, CCIM represented Jet Industries, the landlord, in leasing the 25,115 square foot industrial building located at 875 NE Kingwood Avenue in Redmond to Radian Firearms and X-Factor Machining.

Sterling Real Estate Partners was represented by brokers Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM of Compass Commercial in the sale of their 5.47 acres of residential land located at 20312 Halfway Road in Bend. The transaction was valued at $1,800,000.

The sale of the former Safeway building in Klamath Falls by the seller Valuerock Klamath Properties, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Joel Thomas and Russell Huntamer, CCIM. The transaction for the 23,060 square foot retail building on 1.43 acres, located at 211 N 8th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon was valued at $1,550,000.

The sale of the 112,000 square foot building that sits on 37.38 acres located at 32491 E Saginaw Road in Cottage Grove, Oregon was finalized. Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick of Compass Commercial represented First Interstate Bank, the seller. The transaction was valued at $1,200,000.

Sun Canyon Properties, LLC sold the 4,864 square foot office building on 0.34 acres and located at 390 NE Emerson Avenue in Bend. Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented both the seller and Daniel Duggan, the buyer. The transaction was valued at $1,100,000.

A 2,979 square foot suite in a 4,607 square foot medical building on 4.71 acres located on the southwest corner of Shevlin Park Road and NW Crossing Drive has been leased by Dr. Blake Drew. Compass Commercial broker Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM represented the tenant and brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Bruce Churchill, and Grant Schultz represented the landlord, Taylor Brooks, LLC.

Compass Commercial brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty in leasing 11,629 square feet of office space located at 650 NW Bond Street in Bend.

The 3,411 square feet of medical space located at 1239 NE Medical Center Drive in Bend was leased. Brokers Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp of Compass Commercial represented the tenant.

Compass Commercial broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM represented Zamp Solar, the tenant, in leasing the 16,900 square foot industrial building on 5.68 acres located at 20495 Murray Road in Bend. Brokers Dan Kemp and Bruce Churchill of Compass Commercial represented the landlord Murray Road I, LLC.

Bliss NW Bridal leased the 3,235 square feet of retail space located at 555 NW Arizona Arizona at the Box Factory in Bend. The landlord, Old Mill Retail, LLC was represented by brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial.

Compass Commercial broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented Ponderosa Holdings, LLC, the landlord, in leasing the 5,329 square foot industrial building located at 4586 SW 21 Street, Suite 500 in Redmond.

Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented both Aero Facilities, LLC, the seller, and SGS Development, LLC, the buyer in the purchase of lots located at 63205 Gibson Air Road in Bend. The transaction was valued at $170,000.

Brokers Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial represented the landlord, Bob Conklin in leasing 4,278 square feet of industrial space located at 62971 Plateau Drive in Bend.

Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp, brokers of Compass Commercial represented Bunger Properties II, LLC, the landlord, in leasing the 14,180 square feet of industrial space at 921 SE Armour Road in Bend to Central Transport, LLC. The tenant was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick.

Compass Commercial brokers Peter May, CCIM, Herb Arathoon, CPM® and Luke Ross represented both Shep East, LLC, the landlord, and The Spinsterz, LLC, the tenant in leasing the 4,368 square feet of industrial space located at 1320 SE Armour Road in Bend.

Cannary, LLC, the landlord, was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Graham Dent and Joel Thomas in leasing 2,085 square feet of office space located at 919 NW Bond Street in Bend.
