Compass Commercial’s Notable February 2025 Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in February 2025.

Brokers Luke Ross and Robert Raimondi, CCIM, represented the landlord in the lease of a 10,000 SF Bend industrial space at 20576 NE Painters St. The landlord was KSL L Street LLC.

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, Russell Huntamer, CCIM, and Eli Harrison represented the landlord, JKC Redmond Cascade, LLC, in the lease of a 1,782 SF retail space in Redmond. Huntamer and Harrison also represented the tenant, Substance Cannabis Market, moving into the space at 2498 S Highway 97 (former Grocery Outlet Building).

Brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM, and Grant Schultz, CCIM, represented the landlord, Pflumm Holdings, LLC, in the lease of a Bend industrial suite. The 2,760 SF space is located at 20671 High Desert Ln.

Broker Matt Sichel represented both the tenant and landlord in the lease of a 1,350 SF office suite at Sunnyside Plaza in Clackamas. The landlord was Regals NW, LLC and the tenant was Northland Hearing Centers, Inc.

Brokers Peter May, CCIM, Dan Kemp, CCIM, and Emilio Tiscareno represented the landlord, Bunger Properties II, LLC, in a 14,180 SF industrial lease at 921 SE Armour in Bend.

Broker Kristie Schmitt, CCIM, represented the landlord, Redmond Commercial Group LLC, in the lease of a Redmond restaurant space at 340 NW 5th St. The space measured 5,658 SF.

Broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM, Ron Ross, Eli Harrison, and Emilio Tiscareno represented the landlord, Sycan B. Corp, in the lease of a Bend retail space. Huntamer, May, Harrison, and Tiscareno also represented the tenant, Lagree HD in the lease of the 1,523 SF suite located at 1484 NW Wall St.

Brokers Luke Ross, Ron Ross, Terry O’Neil, Dan Kemp, CCIM, and Emilio Tiscareno represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of a 10-unit multifamily property. located at the corner of 3 SW McKinley Ave. and 6 SW Cleveland Ave., the property sold for $1,800,000. The seller was SW McKinley Cleveland, LLC and the buyer was Castelforte III, LLC.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Bruce Churchill, and Eli Harrison represented the landlord, Three Sisters Holding LLC, in the lease of a Redmond restaurant suite at 3750 SW Badger Ave. in Redmond. Huntamer and Harrison also represented the tenant, Sunriver Brewing Company, who will be leasing the 3,019 SF space.

Brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM, Peter May, CCIM, and Emilio Tiscareno represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of 48.95 AC of Bend land located at 60005 Cinder Butte Rd. & 60080 Crater Rd. The seller was Kevin Eric Peterman Trust, the buyer was Nathan Becker, and the land sold for $3,200,000.

Brokers Luke Ross, Ron Ross, and Terry O’Neil represented the landlord, EVEST, LLC, in the 2,850 SF restaurant lease at 526 SW 6th St in Redmond.

Broker Graham Dent, SIOR, represented the landlord, SBM Property, LLC, in a 6,000 SF retail lease at 20505 Robal Rd. in Bend. Broker Kristie Schmitt, CCIM, represented the tenant, Aqua Clear Services, Inc.
