Central Oregon CRE Update – May Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of May 2018.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Gardner Williams and Graham Dent represented Jack Holt, the seller of the recently closed Murray & Holt auto dealership commercial land located at 181 NE Franklin Avenue in Bend. The 13,500 square foot building sits on 1.76 acres and was purchased by Brooks Resources Corporation for future development.

Central Christian School purchased the 14,000 square foot building on 1.19 acres of industrial property located at 2751 SW Airport Way in Redmond. The seller Lab Life, LLC was represented by broker Steve Toomey, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services.

Quail Flats LLC sold the three rental homes located at 19732, 19738 & 19744 Clarion Avenue on the southwest side of Bend. The homes totaled 6,078 square feet on 0.30 acres. Quail Flats LLC was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz. The transaction was valued at $1,200,000.

Aloha Produce purchased 1.60 acres of industrial land located at 20495 Murray Road in Bend from Murray Road I, LLC. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp and Bruce Churchill represented both the buyer and seller. Joel Thomas, CCIM represented the buyer.

Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the sellers in the transaction of a multifamily four-plex on Bend’s east side located at 1841 NE Wichita. The sale price was $567,500.

Domino’s Pizza will be occupying 1,500 square feet of the retail building to be constructed south of the Clinic Pharmacy on Combs Flat Road, just off 3rd Street in Prineville. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM represented both the tenants, Bryan and Taryn Marx, and the landlord, Prineville Real Estate Holdings, LLC. Russell Huntamer, CCIM also of Compass Commercial represented the landlord in the lease transaction.

Dr. Michael Longlet, DDS of Longlet Dental Works, LLC leased 3,083 square feet of office space located at 775 SW Bonnett Way in Bend. The landlord Deschutes Properties, LLC was represented in the lease transaction by Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management broker John Keba, CPM®, ARM®.

Monarch Medical Weight Loss Group, LLC leased the 2,686 square feet of office space located at 595 SW Bluff Drive in Bend and was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM. The landlord Bluff Drive Investments, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management broker Krista Polvi, CPM® in the transaction.

Robert Raimondi, CCIM broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented Sher Ray, Inc. or Organic Cosmetics, LLC in the lease of 5,200 square feet of retail space located at 727 NE Greenwood Avenue in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM represented Alrohumo, LLC in the lease transaction for 1,250 square feet of office space located at 255 SW Bluff Drive in Bend’s Old Mill District.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented both the buyer Jerry Ivy Separate Property Revocable Trust and the seller Three Sisters Holdings, LLC in the purchase of 0.93 acre of industrial land located at 2050 SW Deerhound in Redmond. The transaction was valued at $235,000.

Advanced Commercial Cleaning leased 2,223 square feet of office space located at 20360 Empire Avenue in Bend. The landlord, Deschutes Business Center, LLC and the tenant were represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Robert Raimondi, CCIM, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Paul Weaver, broker and regional property manager of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management broker Herb Arathoon, CPM® represented the landlord MWC E, LLC and Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Graham Dent represented the tenant Broadsky Networks, LLC in the lease transaction for the 3,477 square foot building located at 745 NW Mt. Washington Drive in Bend’s NorthWest Crossing.

Graham Dent, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented Cascadia Vehicle Tents, LLC in the lease renewal of 7,300 square feet of industrial space located at 545 SE Bridgeford Boulevard in Bend. Brokers Luke Ross and Herb Arathoon, CPM® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlords Bonnie J. and Ray Sessler.
