March 2021 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in March 2021. This was an extraordinary month for the team, closing over 30 deals.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Graham Dent represented the seller, Trail Runner II, LLC, in the sale of 63040 Lower Meadow Drive in Bend. The 14,000 SF industrial building on 1 acre sold for $2,550,000.

Brokers Adam Bledsoe and Terry O’Neil, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Severson Enterprises, LLC, in the acquisition of 63120 Nels Anderson Road in Bend. Brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Brattain, LLC. The 12,580 SF industrial building on 1.15 acres was purchased for $2,000,000.

Brokers Peter May, CCIM, and Dan Kemp, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Terrence O’Doherty, in the sale of 210 SE 5th Street in Prineville. The 13-unit, 13,472 SF multifamily complex on 1.1 acres sold for $1,565,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the seller, CNC LLC, in the sale of 205 and 211 NW Franklin Avenue and 521 NW Harriman Avenue in Bend. The 2,245 SF office building on 0.37-acre sold for $1,116,898.

Broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Fountain Investments, LLC, in the acquisition of 222 W Hood Avenue in Sisters. The 5,278 SF retail building on 0.21-acre sold for $830,000.

Brokers Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, G Group, LLC, in the lease of a 2,000 SF retail suite located in the Westside Yard complex at 210 SW Century Drive in Bend. Russell Huntamer, CCIM also represented the tenant, Cheba Hut, who took over the former Subway space.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Joel Thomas, CCIM represented the tenant, Crescent Electric Supply Co., in the lease of a 6,669 SF industrial space located at 2479 NE 4th Street in Bend.
