March 2022 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in March 2022.

Brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, 21 Canal Limited Partnership, in the sale of 1900 SE Umatilla Avenue in Redmond. The 9.07-acre commercial property sold for $5,500,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented the seller, Three Sisters Holdings, LLC, in the sale of a 5.15-acre industrial property located at 3525 SW Empire Drive in Prineville. The parcel sold for $4,300,000.

Brokers Graham Dent, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Winter Peak Development, in the lease of a 12,500 SF industrial building located at 63047 Layton Avenue in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Peter May, CCIM and Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the seller, Te Amo Despacio, LLC, in the sale of a 0.81-acre commercial lot located at the Home Depot anchored Virginia Center on NW 6th Street in Redmond. The parcel sold for $925,000.

Brokers Peter May, CCIM and Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Filmore Family Limited, in the sale of a 2.02-acre parcel located on NE 17th Street in Redmond. The industrial land sold for $612,889.

Brokers Lyons and Schultz also represented the tenant, Silipint, Inc.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Ron Ross, CCIM, Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Luke Ross represented the seller, B&S Assets, LLC, in the sale of 730 SW 11th Street in Redmond. The 1,738 SF office building on 0.23 acres sold for $426,500.

Broker Robert Raimondi, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Aero Facilities, LLC, in the sale of 63205 Gibson Air Road in Bend. The 4,900 SF hangar sold for $441,000.

Brokers Graham Dent, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Robert Shaw. The 34-acre parcel sold for $575,000.
