Central Oregon CRE February 2019 Transactions

We are pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during the month of February 2019.

Broker Bruce Churchill of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer and seller in the sale of a 13,602 square foot industrial building located at 2050 SW Deerhound Avenue in Redmond, OR. The transaction was valued at $2,300,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Joel Thomas, CCIM represented Honor, LLC, the seller of the 2.73 acres of multi-tenanted property with extra multifamily development land located at 2535 NE Studio Road in Bend. Compass Commercial broker Graham Dent represented the buyer, Sawtooth Development Group, LLC. The transaction was valued at $1,561,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller of the multifamily property at 1409 NE Tucson Avenue in Bend. The transaction was valued at $803,500.

Robert Raimondi, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller of the 4,458 square foot 2nd Street Theater located at 220 NE Lafayette Avenue in Bend. Compass Commercial brokers Joel Thomas, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe represented the buyer. The transaction was valued at $750,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the buyer of a 2,220 square feet office building located at 1554 NE 4th Street in Bend. The transaction was valued at $518,000.

Sand Lily Home purchased an 8,000 square foot retail building located at 127 NW 3rd Street in Prineville. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Joel Thomas, CCIM and Adam Bledsoe represented H4G, LLC, the seller. The buyer was also represented by Joel Thomas. The transaction was valued at $425,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Bruce Churchill, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented the landlord in leasing 3,405 square feet of office space to Dutchie in District 2 West, located at 2777 and 2789 NW Lolo Drive in Bend.

Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller of the 1.02 acre commercial land located on the southeast corner of NW Awbrey Road and NW Mt Washington Drive in Bend. The transaction was valued at $377,000.

Beulah’s Place purchased the 4,000 square foot building located at 1055 SW Deschutes Avenue in Redmond, OR. The seller was represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM, Dan Kemp and Kristie Schmitt.

Bruce Churchill broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in leasing 4,322 square foot suite of office space at 63026 Lower Meadow Drive in Bend to Serán BioScience, Inc.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Graham Dent and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the landlord, Pioneer Business Park, LLC in leasing a 3,644 square foot office suite located in the building at 1345 NW Wall Street in Bend. The tenant, Aquaglide, Inc. was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz.

Cosa Cura leased an 872 square foot retail suite located in Fremont Row in NorthWest Crossing, 2747 NW Crossing Drive in Bend. Fremont NWX, LLC, the landlord and Cosa Cura were represented by Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM, Graham Dent and Kristie Schmitt.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Bruce Churchill, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz represented Taylor Development, LLC in leasing a 1,710 square foot suite in District 2 West located at 2783 NW Lolo Drive in Bend to Agency Revolution. Compass Commercial broker Adam Bledsoe represented the tenant.
