Central Oregon CRE January 2019 Transactions

Our team is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm during January 2019.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented the seller Redmond Premium Properties, LLC in the sale of the 25,115 square foot industrial building on 4.53 acres, located at 875 NE Kingwood Avenue in Redmond, OR. The transaction was valued at $3,800,000.

Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Graham Dent brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, 35 Hawthorne, LLC of the 2,875 square foot office building located at 35 NW Hawthorne Avenue in Bend. The buyer CNC, LLC was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil, CCIM. The transaction was valued at $900,000.

The Haven Coworking leased an additional 4,569 square feet of office space at 1001 SW Disk Drive in the Deschutes Ridge Business Park. Howard Friedman, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz brokers of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kerri Standerwick represented the seller Coyotemoon, LLC of the 2,301 square foot office building located at 1902 NE 4th Street in Bend. The transaction was valued at $680,000.

Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management’s Caroline McDonald, RPA® represented the landlord Centratel, LLC in a lease renewal of the tenant’s existing 1,899 square foot office suite, located at 141 NW Greenwood Avenue in Bend. The tenant also expanded into an additional 1,777 sq. ft. this month for a total of 3,676 sq. ft.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the landlord in the lease of the 3,048 square foot medical building located at 404 NE Penn Avenue in Bend.

Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord of 400 SW Bluff Drive in Bend in leasing a 1,076 square foot office suite.

Trenchless Resources Global Holdings leased 3,613 square feet of office space located at 2747 SW 6th Street in Redmond, OR. Dan Kemp broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord Toney Properties, LLC and the tenant. Peter May, CCIM of Compass Commercial also represented the tenant.
