Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in June 2019.

Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Tom Standish, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Western Pacific Holdings, Inc., in the acquisition of Wagner Mall. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt, Broker along with Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management brokers John Keba, CPM®, ARM® and Holley Jensen represented the seller, Overbay Development Company, LLC. The mall located at 1800 NE 3rd Street in Bend consists of 108,818 sq. ft. situated on 9.35 acres.

Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt, Broker along with John Keba, CPM®, ARM® and Holley Jensen represented the seller, Overbay Development Company, LLC in the sale of the 59,509 sq. ft. Pinebrook Plaza shopping center on 5.97 acres at 61155 Highway 97 in Bend. Broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Tom Standish, broker represented the buyer, Western Pacific Holdings, Inc.

Brokers Dan Kemp and Adam Bledsoe of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services assisted the seller, Kutella Properties II LLC, in the sale of the Cronin Building at 63051 NE Corporate Place. The 25,000 sq. ft. industrial building on 1.88 acres was purchased by Coleman Bouldering, owner of The Circuit Bouldering Company.

Broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services along with Herb Arathoon, CPM® and Caroline McDonald, RPA® of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented Brent James Kincaid in the sale of a 19,370 sq. ft. industrial building on 1.17 acres at 2525 NE Twin Knolls Drive in Bend. The property was acquired for $2,428,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Bruce Churchill represented the buyer, Kevin Spencer, in the purchase of an 18.11 acre parcel of Forest Service land in Sisters on West Barclay Drive. Brokers Robert Raimondi, CCIM and Graham Dent represented the seller, the US Forest Service. The property sold for $1,500,000.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the seller, Lipton Dove Park Apartments in the disposition of 285 NW Riverside Boulevard in Bend. The restaurant has been sold to the current operator, Restless Winds Ventures LLC, dba Active Culture, Natural Foods Café and Yogurt for $1,064,664.

Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Pristine Properties, LLC & Rock Island Investments, LLC in the sale of a 6,985 sq. ft. office building on 0.35 acre located at 704 W Hood Avenue in Sisters. The building was sold for $1,060,000.

Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Kristie Schmitt, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller in the sale of 2022 NE Division Street in Bend. The 0.72 acre commercial lot sold for $985,000.

Graham Dent, broker of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the sale of 364 SE Wilson Avenue in Bend. He represented the sellers, Robert and Laura Goold. The 1,921 sq. ft. office building on 0.29 acre sold for $570,000.

Monkless Belgian Ales is expanding their operations leasing 2,985 sq. ft. at 803 SW Industrial Way in Bend for their new restaurant location. Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Russell Huntamer, CCIM represented the landlord, Viscom LLC.

Broker Luke Ross of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the landlord, Division Center NW, LLC in the lease renewal of a 4,150 sq. ft. office suite at 2330 NE Division Street in Bend.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the tenant Juniper Pediatrics in leasing space at 62930 OB Riley Road in Bend. Luke Ross of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management facilitated the lease of the 1,776 sq. ft. office with landlord Warren & Wendy Van Camp.
